Order Cancellations

You may cancel and request a full refund for an order up until the point of shipment. To cancel your unshipped order, please contact our customer service team before your order shipped email arrives.

For Defective & Damaged Products

If your product is incorrect, does not fit, is damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we accept returns by mail. Here’s how you can return a defective product:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  • Return Label: Our customer services team will provide a return label.
  • Return Shipping Costs: ScreenShield will cover the return shipping costs for defective products.
  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
  • Condition of Products: We do not accept returns of used products.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee for defective products.
  • Re-Shipping Process: Once we receive and verify the returned defective product, we will re-ship a replacement to you before issuing a refund.
  • Refund Process: Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to reflect on your bank or card statement once we receive the return.
  • Shipping Costs: We refund the original shipping cost.

For Customer Remorse

If you purchased the wrong product or you no longer want the item, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis, if you purchased the wrong model we’re happy to ship you the correct item, with the following conditions:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team to discuss your options.
  • Return Label: Our customer services team will provide a return label.
  • Return Shipping Costs: ScreenShield will charge a flat rate of $8.00 – to cover return and replacement shipping.
  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product.
  • Condition of Products: We do not accept returns of used products.
  • Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee.
  • Shipping Costs: We do not refund the original shipping cost.
  • Store Credit: In cases where we approve change-of-mind requests, ScreenShield will offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will not have an expiry date and can be used for any product on our store.

    Yes absolutely, if your screen protector doesn’t fit properly, is lifting at the edges or you really don’t love the finish; Send us a message and we fix this for you. Any replacements are shipped on a tracked service free of charge.

    Refunds due to a change of mind are often excluded from consumer law, reach out to our team by emailing them with your order number for help.

    Unfortunately, we ask you to double check your measurements when placing your order for custom made screen protectors, so we are unable to offer a refund on these.

    Yes, these things happen! Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and explain what you meant to order. In order to cover the cost of shipping the replacment product, we'll ask for an $8.00 contribution toward shipping.

    Reach out to our team with your order number and reason for needing to return the item. A representative will get back to you usually within 48 hours on how to process this.

    Please note: Customer support tickets are answered in the order they are received, opening multiple tickets will push you further down the line.

    In line with international money laundering rules, we can only revert the payment the way it was received. ie. If you paid using your credit card, the payment will be reveresed on that card.

    The amount of time it takes for your refunded payment to appear back on your statement will depend on your bank - but typically is 1-7 business days.

    If we have processed a refund for you, it may take up to 7 days to show depending on your bank or method of purchase, if you think it is taking too long, please reach out to our customer care team.

    This happens time to time, contact the team and we'll get working on a replacement asap. Snap some pictures of the damaged parcel for us!

    This depends on what the issue was. If the order was defective, damaged or otherwise not fit for purpose - ScreenShield will cover all return and replacement freight costs.

    Where you incorrectly ordered and we decide to ship a replacement, we may ask for an $8.00 contribution to shipping - charged in the same currency as your original order.
